From The Pastor’s Desk 8/1/2026

Greetings to every follower of Safe Haven Podcast. We’re grateful to God for your support and prayers during the past month for the sabbatical I’m returning from. During this time, there were reports of tornadoes in the south suburban area of Chicago and a few areas happened to be effected more than others. Grateful to God that my family (and me) weren’t affected as seriously as others. Some lost power but nothing more than that. Safe Haven is praying for those who lost homes and for families who might have lost loved ones this past week. God is still able and prayerfully you will find some sense of comfort during this almost tragic week. 

A great collaboration is in the midst of my return to the pulpit that will be revealed soon and all I can say is that God has brought this potential collaboration to fruition just in time for my upcoming birthday in October. That’s the only hint I can give you at this time. 

Our prayer list is officially updated for you and our addition to the list is because many have submitted names to me recently and that means a lot to me that Safe Haven is their resource for prayers.
