Rev. Brian C. Pughsley Biography

-Baptized at an early age.
-Called to the ministry on July 4, 2001

-Licensed & ordained to preach on November 21st, 2004 at Living Water Missionary Baptist Church, Hammond Indiana by Rev. Dr. Homer Walker, Jr.

-Served as an Associate Pastor (Youth Ministry) at Living Water Missionary Baptist Church (2004-2007 & 2009-2010). Organized two youth revivals and helped implement the media ministry.

-Served as Associate Pastor (Media Ministry & Singles Ministry) at Pioneer Missionary Baptist Church (Rev. Dr. Preston Winfrey, Senior Pastor) in South Holland, IL. (2010-2013)

-Served at Covenant United Church of Christ (Rev. Dr. Ozzie E. Smith, Jr. Senior Pastor) in South Holland, IL. as a youth leader/assistant in the Young Prophets ministry for teens. (2013-2018)

-Served at New Faith Baptist Church International (Rev. Dr. Trunell D. Felder Senior Pastor) in Matteson, IL. where he participated in various ministries-including the youth ministry, men’s ministry, prayer ministry, media ministry and more. (2006-2010)


-Served as Associate Pastor at Trinity United Church Of Christ-Gary (Rev. Dr. John Jackson, Sr. Senior Pastor)in Gary, In. where he briefly served as a prayer minister & a digital pastor (social media minister).  (2018- )

-Served as Digital Pastor at Immanuel Church Unusual Chicago (Rev. Charles Dockery Senior Pastor) in early 2023 to assist the upstart church as they opened their doors in the Chicago area.

Brian answered a new call in 2018 to begin a podcast to first use his other talents to reach others until the recent pandemic shifted the focus from entertainment to ministry without walls. He now uses his call to preach to enhance the podcast and gives hope to those who choose to listen 🎧.

A trained actor, violinist, rapper and singer who loves to write & draw in his spare time. 
Currently lives in the suburbs of Chicago, IL.
