From The Pastor’s Desk 7/20/2026 Preview Of August 2026

Greetings to everyone who have been following Safe Haven Podcast. I’m grateful for your continued prayers and support during my much needed sabbatical for this entire month of July. It was needed for me as a few areas outside of the ministry was getting to me and started to seep into my sermons. I want to thank every minister who stepped up and let the Lord guide them in the weeks I was not in the pulpit out here. I personally want to thank Elder Mason Curtis, Rev. Dr. Ashley L. Dowden & this upcoming Sunday’s guest speaker, Rev. Katie Dockery for answering the call to keep the desk warm in my virtual absence.

As I stated before my sabbatical, I have still assisted behind the scenes on making sure the podcast was broadcast for you to hear and I still served as host. I had to convince myself to rest during this period overall and it’s been great. Now we are going into August with an impactful five Sundays as I return to the pulpit. Our Saturday Inspiration is returning on the second and fourth Saturday in Audio format as we will have two surprise guest speakers inspiring you on these two occasions.
